Configuration
Set environment variables:
export MILKEE_API_TOKEN="USER_ID|API_KEY"
export MILKEE_COMPANY_ID="YOUR_COMPANY_ID"
Or configure via your gateway config under skills.entries.milkee.env.
Get Your Credentials
- Log in to MILKEE → Settings → API
- Copy your User ID and API Key
- Format:
USER_ID|API_KEY - Company ID is shown in Settings
Special Features
Fuzzy Project Matching
When you say "Website", the skill:
- Fetches all projects from MILKEE
- Fuzzy-matches using Levenshtein distance
- Auto-selects the closest match
- Starts timer on that project
Timer Persistence
- Timer state saved to
~/.milkee_timer - Survives between sessions
- Auto-calculates elapsed time on stop
Daily Summary
list_times_today shows:
- All time entries for today
- Duration per entry
- Total hours worked
