Last updated: April 7, 2026
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the marketplace and digital products provided by Zac Frulloni trading as Remote OpenClaw ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our products, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to these Terms.
2. Products and Marketplace
Remote OpenClaw operates a marketplace selling digital products for OpenClaw, including AI personas, skills, and bundles.
- Products are downloadable configuration files designed for use with OpenClaw-based systems.
- All purchases are one-time transactions unless a subscription is explicitly stated on the product listing.
- License: Each purchase grants a personal-use license to deploy the product on your own OpenClaw instance(s). Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased products is prohibited.
- Refund policy: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us for a full refund.
Optional buyer support is available but is not included with product purchases unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment and Refunds
Product prices are charged at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time for future purchases but will not affect completed orders.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Backups: You are responsible for backing up your systems before deploying any purchased product.
- Deployment: You are responsible for deploying purchased products on your own OpenClaw instance(s).
- Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring your infrastructure meets any requirements listed on the product page.
- Compliance: You are responsible for lawful use of purchased products and your automation stack.
5. Third-Party Software
OpenClaw and related integrations are third-party or open-source software. We are not the owner or maintainer of those products and cannot guarantee their uptime, roadmap, or future behavior.
6. Data and Account Information
We collect only the information necessary to process purchases and deliver digital products. If you contact us for optional support, you may share configuration details. We handle these with strict confidentiality and delete them after the support session.
See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote OpenClaw will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to that claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Support Scope
Optional buyer support covers questions directly related to purchased products. Custom configuration requests, third-party outages, and infrastructure changes on your own systems are outside the scope of standard support and may require separate arrangements.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution first.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
