Stirling-PDF is a self-hosted platform with 60+ PDF tools accessible via REST API. Handles merge, split, convert, OCR, compress, watermark, redact, sign, and password operations. Files never leave your own infrastructure.
Because it runs on your own server, files are never uploaded to third-party infrastructure the way cloud PDF tools require.
