Semantic memory plugin adding pgvector vector search to Hermes's built-in FTS5 memory. 5 tools (`mnemo_remember`, `mnemo_recall`, `mnemo_learn`, `mnemo_predict`, `mnemo_profile`) + `on_session_start` hook for auto-context loading. Runs entirely local via Ollama, no API keys needed. MIT licensed.
